Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Tele Calling Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in telecalling or customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed daily call volume targets and achieve sales goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.

Job Requirements

Any graduate degree is required.
Proven experience in telecalling or customer service is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are needed.
Familiarity with banking products and services is an advantage.
