We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Calling Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate should have 0-4 years of experience in telecalling, collections, or related fields. Roles and Responsibility Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally. Make outbound calls to promote bank products and services. Manage and update customer records accurately. Meet daily and monthly sales targets consistently. Provide excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with the collections team to minimize bad debts. Job Requirements Any graduate degree from a recognized university. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficient in using computer software and technology. Experience in telecalling, collections, or related fields is an advantage.
