The Tele caller role is a full-time on-site position located in Zira. As a Tele caller, your primary responsibilities will include managing both outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and offering detailed information about products and services. You will be expected to adhere to communication scripts, address customer inquiries, and maintain accurate customer databases. Additionally, scheduling appointments, tracking call outcomes, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction will be crucial aspects of your daily tasks.
