Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to candidates from the existing database or leads provided. Explain job roles and responsibilities clearly to candidates. Screen candidates based on the job criteria and basic eligibility. Maintain daily call records and update candidate status on tracking sheets or systems. Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and internal recruiters. Follow up with candidates via phone, email, or WhatsApp to ensure attendance for interviews. Handle candidate queries and provide timely information. Maintain professionalism and adhere to company communication protocols. Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, preferably in recruitment or HR. Strong communication skills in [mention languages, e.g., English and Hindi]. Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently. Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets. Good interpersonal and persuasion skills.
