Job Title: Telecaller Department: Sales / Business Development Location: Mohali Industry: Digital Marketing Experience: 1–3 years Salary: + Incentives Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our growing digital marketing team. Your primary responsibility will be to contact potential clients, explain our services, and generate qualified leads for our sales team. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads Explain digital marketing services such as SEO, social media, Google Ads, etc. Schedule meetings for the sales team or follow up for closure Maintain daily call reports and lead updates in CRM Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions Follow up with interested prospects and nurture leads Requirements: Excellent communication and persuasive skills Basic knowledge of digital marketing services Ability to work with targets and deadlines Fluency in English and/or regional language Prior telecalling or customer service experience is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Leave encashment Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
