Technical Support Representative (non-IT products) Job Summary: The Technical Support Representative helps and supports non-IT products, resolving technical issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for non-IT products via phone, email, or chat. Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues. Guide customers through step-by-step solutions. Provide accurate information on product features and usage. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams. Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved. Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals. Qualifications: Proven work experience as a Technical Support Representative or similar role. Technical knowledge of non-IT products. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal. High school diploma: additional certification in technical support or related field is a plus.
