Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and user-focused Technical Support Specialist to join our team. Your role is to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues. Your primary goal will be to provide quick and effective solutions. Key Responsibilities: . Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and systems. Provide step-by-step guidance to users. Document issues, solutions, and updates in support systems. Follow up with users to ensure their issues are fully resolved. Qualifications & Required Skills: Any degree with computer science background 1 to 2years of experience in a technical support or help desk role. Good understanding of operating systems Windows, Linux, Common software. Strong networking knowledge. Basic communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
