Job Description Assist in integration testing of internal tools and third-party systems to ensure seamless functionality. Support CRM testing by validating workflows, data integrity, and user interface consistency. Utilize basic knowledge of HTML and CSS to troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues. Collaborate with QA and development teams in conducting automation testing using predefined scripts. Participate in bug identification and resolution , documenting issues clearly for development teams. Manage and track support requests and incidents through the JIRA Service Desk platform. Contribute to user support by resolving tickets, providing clear documentation, and ensuring timely follow-ups. Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation for recurring issues and test cases. Gain hands-on experience in IT support processes, software testing, and service desk operations. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to support ongoing technical improvements.
