Hiring: Technical Support Executive (Voice Process)
Location: Thane, Mumbai | Shift: US Rotational | Transport: Pick-Up & Home Drop

Responsibilities:

• Talk to customers from the US and solve their tech issues over calls
• Help them with basic hardware, software, or network troubleshooting
• Record every interaction professionally
• Escalate tricky issues to senior tech experts
• Keep customers happy with smart solutions and clear communication

Qualifications:

• Education: HSC or Graduate.

Experience:

• 6 months of Bpo/Non Bpo Technical Troubleshooting experience mandatory.

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Transportation: Centralized pick-up from Thane Station & Home drop in Night Shifts

Pay: Up to ₹36,000.00 per month
