This is a great opportunity to start your career in IT support with hands-on experience in troubleshooting, customer assistance, and network diagnostics. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues. Diagnose and repair faults in systems and networks. Assist users through step-by-step solutions over call/chat. Install and configure computers, peripherals, and software. Maintain detailed records of customer issues and resolutions. Conduct safety checks and test new technologies. Provide customer feedback and ensure timely follow-ups. Support rollout of new tools and applications. Qualifications: Education: BCA, MCA, B.Tech, M.Tech in IT/Computer Science. Good verbal and written communication skills (English required). Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux/Mac). Familiarity with remote desktop tools and help desk software is a plus. Certifications like Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco are advantageous.
