Technical Support Engineer

We are currently looking for a dedicated and skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team and contribute significantly to supporting our clients and internal teams with technical solutions. As a Technical Support Engineer at Abhiyantriki Technology Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for responding to customer queries through chat, email, or phone, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, writing and solving MySQL queries to investigate and fix data-level problems, escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate teams, and documenting solutions while maintaining technical records. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of MySQL, including query writing, joins, and debugging, operating systems (specifically Linux), troubleshooting, and technical analysis, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. Basic knowledge of Java is also required for this role. Candidates who are available for a full-time in-office role, can start immediately, possess relevant skills and interests, and hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field are encouraged to apply. The experience level required for this position is Fresher to 6 Months. This is a full-time permanent position with day shift or morning shift options available. The work location is in person.
