Job Description

Roles and Responsibility Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement solutions. Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles. Analyze customer feedback and suggest process improvements. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Job Requirements Strong understanding of software product development life cycles. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Experience with technical support tools and software. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
