Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Technical Specialist. The Technical Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and delivering exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing technical problems, assisting law enforcement agencies with our forensic tools, and ensuring optimal performance of surveillance and analytics equipment. This role is crucial for supporting our mission to enhance public safety through advanced technology.
