Ltd. is seeking a qualified Technical Solution Expert – Civil Engineer to support our customers and internal teams with civil engineering-based technical solutions for our innovative building product range. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and be capable of applying this expertise to provide technical support, site solutions, and project coordination. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical expertise and solutions related to the application and installation of building products in construction projects. Work closely with the sales and project teams to understand client requirements and propose civil engineering-based solutions. Conduct site inspections, feasibility analysis, and product compatibility assessments. Prepare and review technical drawings, BOQs, installation guidelines, and construction details. Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. Assist in resolving technical issues on-site and support troubleshooting efforts. Provide technical training and product knowledge sessions for clients and internal staff. Support new product development by contributing insights from site and client experiences.
