Technical Sales (Pre-Sales)

•Technical Sales work closely with sales team to support the sales process by providing technical expertise and product knowledge to specific clients in the account or industry.

•Technical Sales understands the client's requirements and pain points to propose products or solutions that address client needs, the role may be involved in activities such as product demonstrations, technical presentations, workshop, and proof-of-concept (POC) development.

•They collaborate with seller to develop proposals, respond to requests for proposals (RFPs), and negotiate terms and conditions with clients from technical perspectives, having hands-on practitioner with a focus on customized experiential selling by proven technical proposal (show but not tell).

•Technical Sales has deep products and solutions knowledge with industry know-how, the role may work with marketing team to provide technical simulation to demonstrate Delta’s capability in specific business situation to address specific issue.

•The goal of Technical Sales is to help close deals by demonstrating the value and feasibility of the company's products to potential clients, and build deep technical value as trusted advisor to clients.
