Senior Technical Sales Manager Industrial Heat Solutions

Experience: 5-7 years

Location: Hyderabad

Education: B.Tech/M.Tech Mechanical/Thermal/Power Engineering

Industry: Industrial Equipment, Energy, Renewables, Nuclear, or Thermal Systems

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Lead end-to-end B2B sales cycles for HYTHERM and industrial thermal products (1MW+ systems)
  • - Deep-dive with customers’ technical teams and decision-makers to understand heat application needs
  • - Create techno-commercial proposals, feasibility pitches, and ROI models
  • - Collaborate with design, simulation, and lab teams to offer tailored solutions
  • - Build strategic relationships with large manufacturing plants, PSUs, EPC players
  • Skills:
  • - Strong technical acumen on heat exchangers, steam systems, industrial thermodynamics
  • - Fluent with technical drawings, PFDs, BoMs, and basic simulations
  • - Proficient in CRM (Zoho), MS Office, Excel modelling
  • - Excellent communication and business negotiation skills

Business Development Manager – R&D / Government / Defense Segments

Experience: 5–8 years

Location: Hyderabad (open to travel)

Education: B.Tech/M.Tech – Aerospace, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Physics (preferred: M.S. or Ph.D. exposure)

Industry: Defense, Aerospace, Space Tech, Energy Research, Government Projects

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Map and win R&D-focused opportunities: DRDO, ISRO, BARC, NTPC-Nuclear, IITs, etc.

  • - Ability to decode technical specs and write high-quality proposals
  • - Fluent in storytelling and evangelizing frontier technologies
  • - High comfort working across regulatory/compliance frameworks

Technical Solutions Engineer – Customer Success & Pre-Sales

Experience: 3–5 years

Location: Hyderabad (Client-facing with field visits)

Education: B.Tech – Mechanical / Thermal / Mechatronics

Industry: CleanTech, Industrial Automation, Thermal Systems

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Support field validation, testing, and commissioning of HYTHERM units
  • - Create installation blueprints, integration plans, and customer documentation
  • - Bridge between customers’ tech/maintenance teams and Hylenr’s design + simulation teams
  • - Conduct tech demos, hands-on training, and troubleshoot post-install queries
  • Skills:
  • - Practical experience with on-site thermal equipment deployment
  • - Good grasp on piping, heat transfer, pressure systems, and sensors
  • - Familiarity with tools like SolidWorks Viewer, AutoCAD, and IoT dashboards
  • - Strong interpersonal and on-field communication skills

International Market Scout – Channel & Partnership Development

Experience: 4–7 years

Location: Hyderabad

Education: B.Tech – Mechanical / Electrical / Energy; MBA preferred

Industry: Energy, Industrial Projects, Export Sales, Strategic Alliances

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Identify and onboard channel partners, EPC firms, and resellers in overseas markets
