Responsibilities: Identify and engage new clients and business opportunities. Present suitable pumping solutions with accurate techno-commercial proposals. Negotiate pricing, terms, and close profitable deals. Maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, consultants, OEMs, and EPC contractors. Provide post-sales support including commissioning coordination, troubleshooting, and service assistance. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and reporting requirements. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or related Engineering field. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in a Pre-Sales or Technical Sales role (minimum 0-2 years preferred). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of solar technology and proven experience in B2B project sales , Large Scale Projects etc Key Responsibilities Drive sales of rooftop solar systems (kW, MW,GW scale) for commercial, industrial, and institutional clients. Identify and convert leads for CAPEX, OPEX (RESCO/BOO) and On grid, Off grid and Hybrid Solar models. Conduct site assessments, load analysis, and coordinate with technical teams for customized proposals. Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals including ROI, savings analysis, and financial modeling. Lead client meetings, technical discussions, and contract negotiations. Collaborate with design, engineering, and execution teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Stay updated on solar policies, subsidies, net-metering, and state-specific DISCOM regulations. Build strong long-term relationships with channel partners, consultants, EPCs, and end clients. Maintain accurate sales funnel, MIS reporting, and forecast targets.
