Technical & Research Associate

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Laboratory Technician to join our team in the tile adhesive and polymer laboratory. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with R&D, testing lab, quality control, and production teams, contributing to product development, testing, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Control Testing:

  Conduct tests on raw materials and finished products, maintain lab equipment, and ensure compliance with standards.

• Product R&D Support:

  Assist with experiments to improve products, evaluate formulations, and help develop new products.

• Data Management & Analysis:

  Maintain accurate records, monitor product performance, and prepare daily/monthly reports.

• Technical Support:

  Provide troubleshooting and technical support to internal teams and manufacturing facilities.

• Regulatory Compliance:

  Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Training & Development:

  Assist in training teams/ customers on product usage, safety, and quality control procedures

Qualifications & Key Requirements:

• Education:

  Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field or equivalent technical degree.

• Technical Skills:

  Knowledge of product testing, manufacturing processes, and laboratory equipment.

• Experience:

  Proven track record of successfully conducting R&D experiments, analyzing tracking and reporting data, quality control.

• Experience:

  Minimum of 1-5 years, Salary :25000 - 45000 Monthly CTC.

Additional Skills:

• Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, ASTM).
• Proficiency in MS Office and technical testing/reporting software.
