The Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including recruiting, hiring, communication, and interviewing, identifying and screening job candidates, working with hiring managers, scheduling interviews, and providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential candidates, negotiating rates, and coordinating the placement of candidates with client companies. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
