Job Title: Technical Recruiter Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore Company: Sportstech India About Us: Sportstech is a German brand known for producing exceptional fitness products. What Youll Do: Collaborate closely with founders, engineering leaders, and product managers to understand the hiring needs for various technical roles. Own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions (engineering, product, QA, DevOps, etc.) from sourcing to offer. Use creative, data-driven methods (including LinkedIn & Naukri) to source top talent. Conduct initial screenings and facilitate interview coordination with tech teams. Build and nurture a high-quality talent pipeline to meet business needs. Ensure each candidate experiences a personalized, seamless recruitment process. Contribute to employer branding by crafting compelling job posts, creating social content, and updating the careers page. Help define and improve recruiting processes and tools to ensure efficiency. Stay updated with the latest tech hiring trends and the startup talent market. What You Bring: 24 years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment (in-house or agency), preferably within a startup or tech-driven environment. Strong understanding of various software roles and stacks (e.g., full stack, backend, frontend, mobile, cloud). Expertise in sourcing through modern tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub search, etc.). Ability to adapt to fast-changing priorities and work within lean processes. A passion for building high-performing teams and providing exceptional candidate experiences. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and their effective use. Bonus Points: Previous experience hiring for early-stage companies. Strong understanding of startup culture and the ability to pitch the company’s vision. Exposure to recruiting for product management or design roles. Proven success in networking and personal branding, particularly on platforms like LinkedIn. Why Sportstech?
