Technical Lead - Product Development

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and testing features to enhance the security and performance of our flagship software in the banking vertical. Your focus will be on maintaining a balance between speed, readability, and reliability while overseeing quality assurance processes to ensure system resilience and high standards of accuracy and performance. You will lead enhancements to existing systems, particularly in the area of fraud detection, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, debug, and update software to align with security standards. As a qualified candidate, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. You should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Java-based projects, including at least 3 years of team management experience. Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and security best practices for software development is essential. Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MS SQL, as well as ORM frameworks like Hibernate, is required. Familiarity with Kafka and Redis is a plus. Hands-on knowledge of container technology for efficient deployment environments is desired. Proficiency in additional coding languages such as JavaScript and Golang, along with secure version control practices using Git/SVN, is beneficial. You should possess strong problem-solving skills, an analytical mindset, and a genuine interest in developing secure, data-driven applications. Excellent communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders. A keen eye for detail and a curiosity for data analysis to improve fraud detection accuracy will be valuable in this role.,
