Position Overview:

.NET Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of scalable web applications using .NET technologies.
• Work closely with designers and front-end developers to integrate user facing elements with server-side logic.
• Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code adhering to industry standards.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for performance and scalability.
• Participate in architectural decisions and implement best practices in software development.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest improvements to the existing tech stack.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5 to 7 years of professional experience in .NET development.
• Proven experience working with

  HRMS products

• Strong hands-on experience in

  .NET MVC, ADO.NET, and C#

  .
• Proficiency in front-end technologies:

  HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery

  .
• Experience in designing and developing

  RESTful APIs

• Strong understanding of

  SQL Server

  and relational database design.
• Familiarity with

  version control systems

  like Git.
• Excellent

  problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Exposure to UI/UX principles and responsive web design.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms.
• Experience in database design and architecture.
