Technical Lead

Job Title: Technical Lead Location: Bengaluru Experience Level: 7+ Years Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead with a strong background in infrastructure automation to drive and oversee end-to-end automation processes, scripting, and system integration across both Linux and Windows environments . The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Jenkins, PowerShell, Python, Shell scripting , and operating system administration . In this role, the Technical Lead will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, providing strategic technical guidance, and ensuring the successful delivery of robust automation and infrastructure solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage Jenkins freestyle projects . Hands-on experience with performing Jenkins and plugins upgrades . Develop automation scripts using Python and PowerShell to streamline automation tasks and system operations. Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing PowerShell and Python codes used in automation processes. Design, implement, and troubleshoot API integrations using PowerShell and Python. Familiarity with Bash scripting will be considered an added advantage. Basic Cloud Knowledge: Familiarity with AWS services (S3, EC2, EFS). Basic Containerization Skills: Understanding Kubernetes components and use-cases. Basic knowledge of Splunk for log monitoring and analysis will be an added advantage. Maintain and manage version control repositories using Git and SVN . Perform basic troubleshooting and support across multi-platform systems. Operating Systems: Experience working with Linux and Windows environments. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and documentation skills. Lead, mentor, and guide a team of engineers in delivering high-quality technical solutions. Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Design scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure and automation solutions. Participate in weekend on-call support on a rotational basis to ensure high availability and rapid incident response for critical systems.
