Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced D365 F&O Technical Consultant to join our Microsoft Dynamics team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations technical architecture and development, with strong hands-on experience in customizations, integrations, reporting, and automation. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop customizations for forms , classes , and extensions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O using X++ . Develop and maintain SSRS reports , perform data model customizations, and support reporting requirements. Manage data migration and transformation using DIXF , Data Entities , and other tools. Develop and maintain system integrations using OData , Custom Services , and REST APIs . Implement and optimize Azure DevOps pipelines for build and release management. Automate business workflows using Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps where applicable. Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. Troubleshoot, debug, and provide technical support for custom solutions during UAT and post-go-live phases. Ensure code quality, performance, and compliance with development standards. Required Skills: Strong development experience with X++ , Visual Studio , and Dynamics 365 F&O architecture. Proficient in form and class customizations , event handlers , extensions , and best practices. Hands-on experience with SSRS report development and data entity customization . Strong understanding of data migration strategies and tools (e.g., DIXF , Data Entities ). Experience with Azure DevOps , including pipeline creation and source control using Git. Knowledge of integration tools and APIs (OData, REST) for connecting D365 with external systems. Working knowledge of Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps for workflow automation. Must have completed at least two end-to-end D365 F&O implementation projects . Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Developer Associate. Exposure to Power Platform (Power Apps) is a plus. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
