Job Overview: (TechnicalInside Sales Representative)
We arelooking for 2 energetic and technically inclined Inside SalesRepresentatives (2+ Years) to join our growing team. The role is ideal forprofessionals with a passion for technology sales, strong communicationskills, and the ability to understand and position IT solutions to businessclients. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, engagingprospects, and driving end-to-end sales cycles
Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify leads throughcold calls, emails, and virtual interactions.
Understand client requirementsrelated to network connectivity, internet solutions, cloud, and infrastructure.
Collaborate with technical teams toprepare proposals and present solutions.
Maintain and update leads,opportunities, and activities in the CRM system.
Conduct virtual meetings/demos andmanage the complete inside sales cycle.
Coordinate with the Sales Managerand Solution Architects to ensure smooth project handover post-sales.
Meet and exceed assigned salestargets and KPIs.

RequiredSkills and Experience:
Minimum 2 years of inside salesexperience in the IT industry, preferably in networking orinfrastructure services.
Solid understanding of basictechnical concepts like leased lines, firewalls, cloud services, servers,etc.
Excellent communication,interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in using CRM tools such as Zoho, Salesforce, or similar.
Ability to manage time, priorities,and multi-step sales processes efficiently.
A self-starter with a results-drivenapproach and a strong sense of ownership.

PreferredQualifications:
Experience in selling enterpriseIT services or technology-based solutions.
Exposure to engaging with ITdecision-makers or technical teams.
A basic understanding of core ITconcepts (training or certifications are a plus).
Bachelor\u2019s degree inEngineering, Science, Commerce, or Business Administration; candidates withrelevant IT sales experience or additional qualifications like an MBA ortechnical certifications (e.g., CCNA, AWS, ITIL) will be preferred.
