Job Overview: (Technical Inside Sales Representative)
We are looking for 2 energetic and technically inclined Inside Sales Representatives (2+ Years) to join our growing team. The role is ideal for professionals with a passion for technology sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand and position IT solutions to business clients. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging prospects, and driving end-to-end sales cycles
Responsibilities:
· Identify and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and virtual interactions.
· Understand client requirements related to network connectivity, internet solutions, cloud, and infrastructure.
· Collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals and present solutions.
· Maintain and update leads, opportunities, and activities in the CRM system.
· Conduct virtual meetings/demos and manage the complete inside sales cycle.
· Coordinate with the Sales Manager and Solution Architects to ensure smooth project handover post-sales.
· Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Required Skills and Experience:
· Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience in the IT industry, preferably in networking or infrastructure services.
· Solid understanding of basic technical concepts like leased lines, firewalls, cloud services, servers, etc.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
· Proficiency in using CRM tools such as Zoho, Salesforce, or similar.
· Ability to manage time, priorities, and multi-step sales processes efficiently.
· A self-starter with a results-driven approach and a strong sense of ownership.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in selling enterprise IT services or technology-based solutions.
· Exposure to engaging with IT decision-makers or technical teams.
· A basic understanding of core IT concepts (training or certifications are a plus).
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Commerce, or Business Administration; candidates with relevant IT sales experience or additional qualifications like an MBA or technical certifications (e.g., CCNA, AWS, ITIL) will be preferred.
