Job Description

As a Technical Implementation Specialist, you will be a valuable member of our highly skilled Middle East, Africa, and Turkey Implementation team with the primary objective of ensuring successful implementations and delivering positive customer experiences. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire Implementation process, starting from planning and progressing through installation, go-live, and eventual handover to the support department. You will play a crucial role in analyzing and troubleshooting technical issues, as well as participating in risk assessments throughout project delivery. Your involvement in providing technical guidance and support to Application and Testing teams will be essential. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing and upholding implementation best practices, documenting procedures, standards, and configuration settings. Acting as the technical point of contact for customers during the implementation phase, you will take ownership of the customer experience to guarantee successful delivery and installation. Furthermore, your participation in a 24/7 on-call support program will be required to address any urgent technical concerns. To be successful in this role, you must possess a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a technical capacity at a server-side level, such as implementing software solutions, providing 2nd or 3rd line support, or similar roles. Proficiency in Oracle programming languages (specifically PL/SQL developer) or other database systems, along with familiarity with Microsoft Server Operating Systems, is necessary. Your experience working in production environments against SLAs and your ability to comprehend applications, network environments, and web technologies will be crucial. Preferred qualifications for this position include CCNA, MSSA certifications, knowledge of common security technologies and practices, expertise in storage platforms technologies (RAID, SAN, NAS, tape libraries), and familiarity with high availability technologies (e.g., based on OS, Veritas, Oracle). Experience with business intelligence applications like Crystal Reports and Oracle BI will be advantageous. Prior exposure to a hospital environment and radiological workflow, including technical skills in Radiology Information Systems (RIS) and Picture Archiving Communication Systems (PACS), is desirable. Proficiency in virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V, as well as knowledge of DICOM and HL7 technologies, will also be beneficial. In terms of screening criteria, we are looking for immediate joiners within 15 days with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience. The location for this position is Mumbai.
