Technical Implementation Specialist

As a Technical Implementation Specialist, you will be part of a highly competent Middle East, Africa, and Turkey Implementation team, with the primary objective of ensuring successful implementations and positive customer experiences. Your main responsibilities will include overseeing the entire Implementation process, starting from planning, installation, go-live, and handover to the support department. You will be tasked with analyzing and troubleshooting technical issues, as well as participating in risk assessments throughout project delivery. Additionally, you will provide technical direction and support to Application and Testing teams. It will be your responsibility to develop and uphold implementation best practices, document procedures, standards, and configuration settings. You will act as the technical point of contact for customers during the implementation phase, taking ownership of the customer experience to guarantee successful delivery and installation. Furthermore, you will be expected to participate in a 24/7 on-call support program. The minimum required skills for this role include a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical role at a server-side level, such as implementing software solutions, 2nd or 3rd line support, or similar roles. A degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent education/experience is necessary. Proficiency in Oracle programming languages (PL/SQL developer) or other database systems, as well as knowledge and experience with Microsoft Server Operating Systems, is crucial. Experience in working in production environments against SLAs and a solid understanding of applications, network environments, and Web technologies are also essential. Preferred qualifications for this position include CCNA, MSSA certifications, familiarity with common security technologies and practices, expertise in Storage Platforms technologies (RAID, SAN, NAS, tape libraries), and high availability technologies (i.e., based on OS, Veritas, Oracle). Experience with business intelligence applications like Crystal Reports and Oracle BI is advantageous. Previous exposure to a hospital environment and radiological workflow, including technical skills in Radiology Information Systems (RIS) and Picture Archiving Communication Systems (PACS), is desirable. Proficiency in virtualization technologies such as VMware/Hyper-V and knowledge of DICOM and HL7 technologies would be beneficial to excel in this role.,
