Technical Illustrator

• Prepare parts lists using PLM systems and compile BOMs based on assembly structures.
• Explode and trace assemblies using Adobe Illustrator.
• Create interactive illustrations with multiple views to help customers locate components.
• Develop product assembly structures with inputs from PSOs & ENOVIA.
• Create and update assembly and FRU drawings reflecting engineering changes.
• Understand component assembly/disassembly sequences thoroughly.
• Deliver tasks to ensure parts information availability before product first ship.
• Coordinate with US and other regional stakeholders to gather inputs.
• Provide project status updates and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
• Update parts info reflecting replacements and superseding states for customers.
• Review and address discrepancies reported by product support and field teams.
• Drive continuous process improvements.
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience creating technical illustrations and part catalog authoring, preferably in an engineering context.
• Certification or demonstrated competency in tools such as Creo, SolidWorks, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Creo Illustrate, or similar.
• Experience developing isometric technical illustrations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to track and manage project progress.
