Technical Head (Fertilizers: Water-Soluble, Micronutrients, Specialty

We are looking for a dynamic and innovation-driven Technical Head to lead new product development and technical strategy for our water-soluble fertilizers, micronutrients, biologicals, and specialty products portfolio. The ideal candidate will blend deep technical expertise with strong leadership and commercial acumen to drive R&D, support sales teams, and ensure successful market adoption.

Key Responsibilities

1. New Product Development & Research

• Innovation Strategy:

  Define and implement technical roadmaps aligned with market trends and emerging technologies.
  

• Project Leadership:

  Lead cross-functional teams through ideation, formulation, validation, trials, and commercialization.
  

• Collaboration:

  Partner with research bodies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to integrate cutting-edge technologies.
  

2. Sales & Technical Support

• Technical Enablement:

  Create impactful training modules, presentations, and product demos for internal and external stakeholders.
  

• Customer Engagement:

  Act as the technical face of the company for high-value clients, addressing product-related queries.
  

• Market Analysis:

  Track global product innovations, competitor activity, and regulatory developments.
  

3. Leadership & Strategic Management

• Team Development:

  Build and mentor a high-performance R&D and technical support team.
  

• Project Oversight:

  Manage budgets, timelines, and risk assessments for NPD initiatives.
  

• Reporting:

  Deliver strategic insights and progress updates to senior management.
