Mandatory Certification- CMA or Certified Technical Architect

Expr: 15yrs to 20yrs.

Location: Chennai.

Salary: 60Lacs++.

Key Skills:

Hands-on Experience in HRSD - Platform Architect.

Not just case management experience, but Core HR knowledge- starting from the entire employee journey from onboarding to exit in an org
Must have a basic understanding of Workday
Must have implemented core HRSD modules & solutions
Should have consulting skills (worked on proposals)
Experience in working on ServiceNow in a client-facing role
Good communication & influencing skills
