Job Description

Role & responsibilities

10+ years of backend development experience with at least 4+ years in an architectural or lead role.
Expertise in
Java (Spring Boot)
or
Node.js (Express/NestJS)
.
Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous messaging (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
Experience with databases both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
Proficient in CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
Strong understanding of software design patterns, clean architecture, and system integration.
Experience in cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain architecture for large-scale, distributed systems using Java or Node.js.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams.
Define best practices for coding, CI/CD, testing, and deployment.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to software quality standards.
Identify and resolve architectural and performance issues proactively.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and drive their adoption as needed.
Work closely with DevOps, QA, and product teams to ensure successful product delivery.
