Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical and Support Head to lead the support operations for our Inverter and ESS division.
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle pre- and post-sales customer calls and support
• Provide technical assistance to both National and International customers
• Coordinate with the production and process teams
• Deliver end-to-end customer support in Hindi and English
• Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient communication and problem-solving

Requirements:

• Graduate with basic education in English medium
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Clear pronunciation; fluent in Hindi and English
• Prior experience in technical support roles in Battery, Solar, Inverter, or UPS field
• Leadership abilities to guide and manage the support team and coordinate with production

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
