Tech Support Engineer

You will be joining Operation Blessing (OB) India as a Tech Support Engineer, where your primary responsibilities will include installing and maintaining computer hardware and software systems. Your role will involve resolving technical requests and problems efficiently to ensure smooth productivity within the organization. Additionally, you will provide support to users by identifying and fulfilling their hardware and software requirements. As a Tech Support Engineer, you will be responsible for installing necessary software and applications to facilitate workflow processes. You will also play a key role in training users on new software and technologies to enhance their efficiency and effectiveness. Furthermore, you will be involved in designing and implementing networks to support the organization's operations. Your duties will encompass performing hardware, software, and network performance tuning, as well as conducting updates and backups regularly to ensure data integrity and security. To excel in this role, you must have a strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, MS Office suite, and basic understanding of Cloud-based applications. Proficiency in programming languages such as HTML, JavaScript, and Python would be advantageous and beneficial for this position.
