Location: Kolkata " Urgent Requirement" Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a vital part of our customer service department, you will be responsible for handling quick responses through emails and phone calls. Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is a key requirement for this role. Responsibilities: Efficiently handle customer inquiries and concerns through prompt responses via email and phone calls. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions with customers. Document and update customer information in the system accurately. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues. Requirements: Excellent command of English, both spoken and written. Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely. Ability to handle a high volume of inquiries while maintaining accuracy. Proficient in using customer service software and computer applications. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is beneficial. Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
