Tech Lead - Salesforce

As a Salesforce Developer at our Logistics company based in Bangalore South, Karnataka, India (Zip Code: 560041), your primary responsibilities will include: - Utilizing your custom development expertise to develop, design, and implement robust solutions using Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Lightning Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). You will collaborate with the development team to build and maintain custom features, enhancements, and integrations within Sales and Service Cloud. - Architecting, designing, and executing integrations between Salesforce and backend services written in Ruby on Rails (ROR) and Kotlin languages, by coordinating with backend developers. You will develop and maintain APIs and integrations to ensure seamless data flow and system connectivity. - Acting as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders from various business verticals, providing technical guidance and consultation on Salesforce implementation best practices and solutions. - Participating in sprint planning meetings, collaborating with project managers and business stakeholders to prioritize tasks based on business needs and criticality across multiple verticals. You will allocate developer bandwidth effectively, balancing priorities and ensuring commitments are met. - Enforcing robust test coverage strategies for Salesforce custom development projects and conducting code reviews for team members. You will lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, guiding them in best practices, code reviews, and troubleshooting complex issues. - Driving and overseeing Salesforce implementations, ensuring high-quality deliverables aligned with business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions while focusing on minimal errors and low API latency. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development with expertise in Apex, Lightning Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). - Proven experience in integrating Salesforce with backend services using ROR and Kotlin languages. - Deep understanding of Sales and Service Cloud functionalities, with a focus on custom development and configurations. - Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate and provide guidance to business stakeholders and technical teams. - Experience in mentoring and leading development teams, conducting code reviews, and ensuring code quality. - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer, Salesforce Administrator) are preferred.,
