Role: Engineering Lead

Description: We are looking for an Engineering Manager where you will lead delivery teams building cutting-edge backend and GenAI features and drive agile execution, ensure code quality, and collaborate with architects implementing GenAI solutions. Responsibilities - Manage delivery across pods building scalable GenAI and API services - Run standups, sprints, retrospectives, and Jira workflows - Drive backend deployment, security reviews, and QA pipelines - Coordinate integration of RAG APIs and vector DB pipelines - Promote use of code quality agents and modern CI/CD practices

Must Have

Experience: 6-9 years

Tech Stack
- Python, FastAPI, Git, PostgreSQL - Docker, Redis, React (frontend team), MongoDB - RAG Integration: RAG APIs, retrieval caching, embedding optimization

Cloud & Deployment

AWS (ECS, S3, CloudWatch), Azure, GCP
AI Tools & Productivity Stack GitHub Copilot, CodeWhisperer, Codiga, Jira Security & Compliance Access control, deployment integrity, secure endpoints, compliance awarenes
