Perform hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and hair care treatments with a high standard of professionalism and creativity. 2. Maintain a clean and organized workstation and assist with overall studio upkeep. 5. Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge. 6. Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests and team members. Qualifications: 1. A Basic foundation in Hairdressing. 2. 1-2 years of professional salon experience preferred (but passionate emerging stylists are welcome!). 3. Strong technical skills in hair cutting, coloring, and styling. 4. Excellent communication and client care abilities. 5. A collaborative, positive attitude with a growth mindset.
