Job Description

Job Purpose:To lead, manage, and develop a team of insurance advisors or sales executives to drive life insurance business for Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance. The Team Manager is responsible for achieving assigned sales targets through effective team management, training, motivation, and adherence to company processes. Key Responsibilities:Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a team of advisors/sales executives. Ensure high levels of team productivity through effective monitoring and mentoring. Conduct regular team meetings, reviews, and performance appraisals. Sales and Business Development: Drive sales of life insurance products by ensuring achievement of team targets. Conduct joint field calls with advisors/executives to support business generation. Explore new business opportunities and expand customer base. Training and Development: Provide product training and updates to the team. Conduct regular skill enhancement sessions for improving team capability. Compliance and Process Adherence: Ensure team complies with company policies and IRDAI regulations. Monitor documentation and ensure quality of business. Customer Relationship Management: Support team in building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Handle escalated customer queries or grievances promptly.
