Job Title: Team Leader – Finance & Telesales
Experience: 2–3 Years (Team Leading Required)
Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Day Shift)

Role Summary:

We're hiring a Team Leader to manage a telesales team focused on financial products. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of team management experience in telesales (preferably finance), strong leadership skills, and a target-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate telesales agents to meet targets
• Track performance and provide coaching
• Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction
• Report daily/weekly sales metrics
• Ensure compliance with company and industry standards

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of telesales team leading experience
• Knowledge of financial products (loans, insurance, etc.)
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
