Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Tirur for a Team Lead - Student Counselor. The Team Lead - Student Counselor will be responsible for guiding students through course selections, providing career counseling, and assisting with their educational needs. The role involves day-to-day tasks of managing a team of counselors, ensuring excellent customer service, developing communication strategies, and continuously improving the student counseling process. Qualifications Skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in the field of Education Leadership abilities to manage and guide a team Proficiency in language to clearly communicate with students and stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
