Team Lead - Residential Solar Sales

You will be employed full-time as a Team Lead - Residential Solar Sales at Econest Solar Energy Private Limited, a renewable energy company in Lucknow. Your main responsibilities will include managing a sales team, ensuring exceptional customer service, analyzing sales data, and maintaining effective communication with clients. This role is primarily office-based in Lucknow, with the possibility of some remote work. Your duties will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sales team, devising and executing strategic sales plans to broaden the company's customer base and strengthen its market presence, and achieving sales targets by leveraging the team's capabilities. You will be tasked with nurturing existing leads, identifying and pursuing potential clients, and nurturing relationships with customers. Additionally, you will be expected to identify new business opportunities through various channels and partners, as well as recommend and upsell solutions to prospects. To excel in this role, you must possess an MBA & B. Tech / M.Tech Degree, along with 2-5 years of prior experience in team management and Solar Sales. Strong business acumen, sales expertise, interpersonal skills, communication abilities, and customer service aptitude are essential for success in this position. Your leadership skills will play a crucial role in guiding the sales team towards achieving set targets and maintaining client relationships. Proficiency in relevant software programs for managing the sales process is also required.
