Roles and Responsibilities Manage domestic staffing projects from end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates. Coordinate with clients to understand their recruitment requirements and provide tailored solutions. Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks for shortlisted candidates. Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and issue resolution. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. Desired Candidate Profile 3-6 years of experience in IT Recruitment or related field (Domestic Staffing). Strong understanding of Team Handling, Team Leading, and Team Management principles. Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
