Job Title: Tally API Integration Developer (In-House, Full-Stack)

Location: Bengaluru, India

Job Type: Full-Time

Objective: We are seeking a skilled developer to lead the end-to-end development of an API-based integration between TYASuite ERP and Tally Prime. The developer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining stable, compliant, and scalable integration logic across multiple financial workflows. The ideal candidate should also be capable of developing custom Tally plugins as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Tally-TYASuite Integration (Bidirectional):

• Build robust API integrations between TYASuite ERP and Tally for:
• Purchase Invoice sync
• Payment Entry sync (two-way)
• Auto-master creation & validation
• Ensure all integration events are logged and traceable with proper acknowledgment back to TYASuite.

Custom Tally API Logic & TDL Scripting:

• Develop or customize TDL scripts and APIs to:
• Auto-create masters (e.g., supplier, ledger, UOM, item, GST)
• Handle multiple voucher types (Purchase, RM, FG)
• Manage RCM transactions, debit notes, and partial payments

Tally Plugin Development:

• Design and develop custom Tally plugins to enhance or extend core functionalities.
• Ensure compatibility with Tally Prime updates and seamless integration with TYASuite ERP.
• Document plugin behavior and deployment procedures clearly.

Multi-Branch GST Handling:

• Support multi-location GST posting within a unified Tally company based on GSTIN and branch logic from TYASuite

Advanced Finance Workflows:

• Implement logic for:
• Debit notes embedded in invoices
• Adjustments for advance payments
• Handling part-payments and reconciliation

Compliance & Tax Logic:

• Ensure accurate posting of GST components (CGST, SGST, IGST)
• Support input credit tracking and GST ledger classification

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, BCA, BCom with programming knowledge, or equivalent
• 25 years of experience in Tally integration or financial APIs
• Strong understanding of GST compliance and accounting workflows

Preferred:

• Prior experience integrating Tally with 3rd-party platforms like SAP, Zoho, or custom ERPs
• Familiarity with TYASuite ERP structure (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Ability to work independently and document code and integration flow
