Job Title: Tally API Integration Developer (In-House, Full-Stack) Location: Bengaluru, India Job Type: Full-Time Objective: We are seeking a skilled developer to lead the end-to-end development of an API-based integration between TYASuite ERP and Tally Prime. The developer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining stable, compliant, and scalable integration logic across multiple financial workflows. The ideal candidate should also be capable of developing custom Tally plugins as per business requirements. Key Responsibilities: Tally-TYASuite Integration (Bidirectional): Build robust API integrations between TYASuite ERP and Tally for: Purchase Invoice sync Payment Entry sync (two-way) Auto-master creation & validation Ensure all integration events are logged and traceable with proper acknowledgment back to TYASuite. Custom Tally API Logic & TDL Scripting: Develop or customize TDL scripts and APIs to: Auto-create masters (e.g., supplier, ledger, UOM, item, GST) Handle multiple voucher types (Purchase, RM, FG) Manage RCM transactions, debit notes, and partial payments Tally Plugin Development: Design and develop custom Tally plugins to enhance or extend core functionalities. Ensure compatibility with Tally Prime updates and seamless integration with TYASuite ERP. Document plugin behavior and deployment procedures clearly. Multi-Branch GST Handling: Support multi-location GST posting within a unified Tally company based on GSTIN and branch logic from TYASuite Advanced Finance Workflows: Implement logic for: Debit notes embedded in invoices Adjustments for advance payments Handling part-payments and reconciliation Compliance & Tax Logic: Ensure accurate posting of GST components (CGST, SGST, IGST) Support input credit tracking and GST ledger classification Required Skills: Category Skills/Technologies Languages TDL (Tally Definition Language), JavaScript. We are seeking a skilled Hardware Test Engineer (HWTE) with experience in Test Development and Launch (TDL) to join our Bangalore team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in mobile test stations and be adept at collaborating with global customers to develop and optimize test processes for new and existing mobile products. This role demands strong coordination with cross-functional teams and excellent communication skills to drive effective issue resolution and process improvements. Key Responsibilities: Manage and operate mobile test stations, ensuring efficient testing processes for mobile hardware. Collaborate closely with overseas customers to define, implement, and improve test processes aligned with customer requirements. Lead internal and external meetings focusing on test issues, failure analysis (FA), and tracking Measurement In Line (MIL) with customers. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (CFT) to ensure timely closure of test-related issues and implement process improvements to minimize failures. Track daily test performance, analyze data, and provide regular updates and feedback to customers. Maintain lesson learnt trackers and documentation to capture knowledge for continuous improvement and future projects. Participate actively in New Product Introduction (NPI) program management, including kick-off meetings and ensuring readiness for new projects. Apply knowledge of line bring-up, GRR (Gauge Repeatability & Reproducibility), CPK (Process Capability Index), distribution analysis, and test policies. Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to ensure transparency and smooth execution of testing activities. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) in Electronics, ECE, EEE, or related disciplines. 2 to 6 years of experience in hardware testing, preferably in mobile or consumer electronics domains. Strong knowledge of mobile test stations and testing methodologies. Experience working with international customers and cross-functional teams. Proficient in conducting meetings and driving issue resolution with multiple stakeholders. Familiarity with statistical process controls such as GRR, CPK, and test policy management. Experience in NPI program management and project readiness assessments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Role & responsibilities Design and implement custom modules, reports, and functions in Tally using TDL to cater to specific business requirements, such as custom vouchers, invoice layouts, ledger enhancements, and approval workflows. Integrate Tally with external platforms (e.g., Excel, SQL Server, web APIs) to automate data import/export, reduce manual entry, and improve real-time data synchronization with CRMs, ERPs, or e-commerce systems. Design and automate invoice, delivery challan, credit note, and other templates to match business branding and compliance needs, using TDL scripting and print configuration. Perform smooth data migration from legacy systems or between Tally versions (e.g., ERP 9 to Prime) with data integrity. Ensure compatibility with the latest Tally updates and patches. Provide prompt assistance to users for any functional or technical issues in Tally. Conduct root cause analysis for recurring problems and develop permanent solutions. Create customized reports such as MIS, sales, purchase, inventory, P&L, balance sheets, and tax summaries (GST, TDS) tailored to department and management needs. Handle Tally license activation/renewal, manage data backups, user roles, password policies, and ensure secure access and data integrity within the system. Collaborate with finance, operations, and inventory teams to understand their processes and develop Tally-based solutions that simplify and automate tasks. Ensure that all Tally configurations support compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, audit trails, and other local financial regulations.
