Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally. Job Requirements : Prior experience in the Entertainment and Social Media industry. Managerial skills in representation and managing an Influencer and their digital work. Demonstrated ability to generate and present well-considered ideas and solutions. Excellent coordination, planning, and communication skills. Should have excellent time management and planning skills and can adhere to strict schedules and deadlines. Initiating, Mastering, and creative Ideation for Influencer-driven campaigns. Work well with other creative teams to integrate influencer involvement and promotion. What are we looking for : Ability to work with cross-functional teams. Effectively meet client commitments by working with teams across organization media, legal, and finance. Relationship Management skills – Ability to plan, schedule, and effectively deliver as per commitments to each client. Ability to scale brand/agency partnerships earn a year.
