Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent in alignment with business objectives. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards like Naukri, Linkedin, social media, employee referrals, and direct sourcing. Screen and assess candidates' qualifications and fit with the company culture. Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and potential. Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer acceptance. Negotiate compensation packages and extend job offers. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
