Talent Acquisition Specialist - Entry

As an Entry Talent Acquisition Specialist at Medpace, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team in the Asia Pacific region from our Mumbai, India office. Your primary responsibility will involve assisting in the hiring process and contributing to talent acquisition efforts. You will spend a significant amount of time on tasks such as sourcing candidates, reviewing CVs, and coordinating hiring events and career fairs. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating compelling and precise job advertisements for various positions to attract high-quality applicants - Establishing and nurturing relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience - Screening and interviewing applicants efficiently to assess their skills and cultural fit - Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and align on recruitment activities - Managing requisitions in the applicant tracking system and HRIS - Providing guidance to hiring managers on interview processes and best practices - Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor practices - Ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations - Contributing to employer branding efforts to attract top talent - Coordinating the employment offer process and facilitating seamless onboarding for new hires - Continuously seeking opportunities to improve and streamline the recruitment process To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree, effective communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.
