Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition (TA) Platform Specialist to join our Global HR Platforms team. Together with the Talent Acquisition platforms team the successful candidate will be responsible for the management and further development of all talent acquisition platforms at Infineon from an HR perspective. This includes ensuring that the platforms are aligned with our organizational goals and objectives, and that they provide a positive user experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. In this position the successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders, including Global Services Designer, Talent Acquisition, IT, Data Analytics and Reporting Team as well as the Talent Acquisition platforms team to ensure that the platforms are optimized for performance, user experience, and data quality.
    In your new role you will:
    1. Platform Strategy and Direction:
      • Together with the TA platforms team develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for all talent acquisition platforms at Infineon, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
      • Define and prioritize platform requirements, working closely with stakeholders to ensure that the platforms meet their needs.
    2. Platform Management :
      • Together with the TA platforms team oversee the day-to-day management of all talent acquisition platforms, ensuring that they are running smoothly and efficiently.
      • Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner
    3. User Experience:
      • Together with the TA platforms team ensure that the platforms provide a positive user experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
      • Gather feedback and analytics to inform platform improvements and optimize the user experience.
    4. Data Quality and Analytics :
      • Together with the TA platforms team ensure that the platforms are configured to collect and report on relevant data and metrics.
      • Analyze data and metrics to inform recruitment strategies and optimize platform performance
    5. Integration and Interoperability :
      • Together with the TA platforms team ensure that the platforms integrate seamlessly with other HR systems and tools
      • Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to ensure that the platforms are properly integrated and configured.
    6. Vendor Management :
      • Together with the TA platforms team manage relationships with platform vendors and suppliers.
    7. Change Management
      • Develop and coordinate the implementation of change management plans to ensure that stakeholders are informed and trained on platform changes.
      • Communicate platform updates and changes to stakeholders
    8. Global HR Perspective
      • Ensure that the platforms are aligned with global HR strategies and objectives.
    9. Release Management
        • Together with the TA platforms team responsible to drive all talent acquisition platform release management activities from an HR perspective.
        • Ensure that all platform releases are thoroughly tested and validated before deployment.
        • Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to ensure that platform releases are properly planned, executed, and communicated.

    You are best equipped for this task if you have:
    • Masters degree in Information Technology, Human Resources or a combination of both.
    • At least 4 -7 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitmen t, or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of talent acquisition platforms, recruitment technology, and HR systems.
    • Experience with platform management, user experience, and data analytics.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
    • 2+ years of experience working with Eightfold Talent Acquisition Platform
    • Good communciation skill with fluency in English speaking
