Job Summary:

As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. You'll work closely with our leadership team to identify hiring needs, source candidates, and build a strong employer brand.

Key Responsibilities:

6. Metrics and Analysis: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 3-5 years in talent acquisition or recruitment.

2. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

3. Knowledge: Familiarity with recruitment tools, software, and best practices.

4. Network: Strong professional network and ability to build relationships.
